All prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay from outside the US, PayPal converts the amount to your local currency at its exchange rate when you check out.

How Billing Works
When you're charged
A payment request is sent when Week 1 picks lock at the start of the NFL season. The fee is based on the number of players in your pool at that time - every entry counts, including additional players managed under a single account.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Gridiron5 really free for players?
Yes. Players never pay anything to join a pool, make picks, or view standings. The seasonal fee is paid exclusively by the Pool Admin who creates the pool.
Can I run more than one pool?
Yes. Each pool is billed separately. If you create two pools, you'll receive two invoices - one per pool - each calculated from that pool's player count at Week 1, counting every entry.
What does the fee cover?
The fee covers platform hosting, maintenance, data integrations, ongoing development, and support for the full NFL regular season.
What happens if I don't pay?
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received by the deadline, pool access will be restricted until the balance is settled. Players will not be able to view picks or standings during any period of restricted access. Contact support if you need assistance.
